Petanque (Boules)

Sully Petanque Club

The Sully Petanque Club is part of the South Wales Bowls and Recreation Centre. It is situated right next to the Sully Indoor Bowls Stadium and members share the same facilities, and discounts on food and drink supplied by the Bar and Restaurant. The all-weather pistes enable play all year around and offer fantastic views of the Bristol Channel.

Petanque (Boules), is suitable for all ages and genders and can be played for fun or if you have a competitive streak, there is a Wednesday league you can join.

Great Place

I was surprised at the size of the  Bowling Rinks, a bit like going into the Tardis. Not tried Petanque yet, but would like to give it a go. Sunday Lunch was one of the best I have tasted.

Impressive, large stadium with a great group of people to play with.  The staff are very helpful and the food is truly excellent. Prices are also very competitive and if you are a member, you get generous discounts on food and drink, especially Bean to coffee beverages which are excellent.

This was my first time here and I can't think of going anywhere else for Sunday Lunch.. Thank you all so much.
